Firstly my technique is fairly firm, I am not a Gentle Touch Reflexologist; I think this is important for you to know. However I always ask my clients if the pressure is comfortable for them, and adjust accordingly, I also work energetically.

Meet Clare Worth

 

 

I became fascinated with reflexology a long time ago; I’d heard how it could help the body to heal by working on the many reflex points that are all over the feet

Not only did this totally amaze me, but I decided I wanted to learn this therapy to help people take charge of their own health & wellbeing and to have a healthier lifestyle. I went on to study at the Three Shires School of Reflexology with the lovely Wendy & Martyn Finke.

After I qualified with my ABC level 3 in reflexology back in June 2009, I decided I wanted to learn more about the benefits that reflexology could have on fertility & pregnancy. I had a family member and two friends that were sub-fertile, and I remember thinking that this was a high percentage and I wanted gain more knowledge on this subject to be able to help other women experiencing the same problems. I am continually updating my knowledge with post graduate & CPD courses that I think will enhance my business and help my clients.

I became a Neal’s Yard Remedies consultant in February 2014 (NYROrganics). I wanted a brand that I could be passionate about, that was organic, that I could incorporate in with my treatments and that I could sell to my clients, their product was perfect for me.

I became a qualified Asyra / Qest Bio-energetic practioner 2017.

My Qualifications

I qualified with a level 3 ABC Diploma for reflexology in June 2009, this was the highest qualification at this time at the Three Shires School of Reflexology in Northamptonshire. The course was accredited by the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). The course was very detailed and I completed 60 hours of practical treatments with case study work as well as a theory exam which included Anatomy & Physiology.
